How can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. You can initiate a return through our online portal, and once the quality check is complete at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Are your cookware sets compatible with induction stovetops?
Many of our Biogranit and stainless steel cookware lines are induction-compatible. Please check the 'Product Details' section on the specific product page to confirm compatibility with induction, gas, or electric hobs.
What should I do if my porcelain or glass items arrive broken?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the product and the box and contact our customer support within 48 hours. We will send a replacement for the broken piece free of charge.
