At Karaca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and kitchenware purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Karaca account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization code.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
